Kwadwo Sarpong was approved as a director of Nsutaman Rural Bank Ltd in November, 2021 and elected Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1st April, 2022. He had previously been in an advisory capacity since 2019.
Kwadwo also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MediaReach OMD Ghana Limited, a leading Ad tech agency in Ghana.
He brings a wealth of experience in the delivery of technology based solutions to the banking and finance industry, primarily in Europe and Africa. He has been responsible for developing the market in Africa as a consulting agent for Intuition Publishing Ltd and their e-learning solution.
Mr. Sarpong has also held positions with Misys, Tate & Lyle and IBM, mainly driving sales initiatives and management of support teams.
He is committed to driving the growth of Nsutaman Rural Bank Ltd through sustainable bottoms up community development, leveraging the use of technology and supporting the agro-based supply chain within its catchment areas.
