NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT there will be an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Nsutaman Rural Bank PLC (the “Company”) to be held VIRTUALLY and streamed live by video link from the Board Room, Nsuta at Five O’clock (5 PM) in the Evening (1700 GMT) on Thursday, 15th May 2025 to transact the following business:
- Re-elect Directors: Consider and re-elect the directors whose term expired between the last AGM and the coming 2025 AGM; and
- Other Business: Consider other business, if any, as may properly come before the Meeting or any postponement(s) or adjournment(s) thereof
All shareholders will be notified via an MS Teams link of the details of access to the virtual EGM on or before 1 May 2025.

NOTE:
- A member entitled to attend and vote at the EGM may appoint a proxy to attend (via online participation) and vote on their behalf. Such a proxy does not require you to be a member of the Company.
- The appointment of a proxy will not prevent a member from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting (via online participation). Where a member attends the in-person meeting (participating online), the proxy appointment shall be deemed revoked.
- A copy of the Form of Proxy can be downloaded from www.nsutamanruralbank.com. It may be filled out and sent via email to info@nsutamanruralbank.com or deposited at the bank’s registered office in Nsuta and its branches at Breman, Meduma, Kwadaso, and Oyoko, to arrive no later than 48 hours before the appointed time for the meeting.
- Shareholders must gain access to the Virtual EGM. A meeting link will be shared through dedicated phone numbers, SMS, or members’ dedicated email addresses. Access to the meeting will start at 4 pm (1600 GMT).
