Mr. Mohammed Yakubu was appointed as the Operations Manager for Nsutaman Rural Bank PLC in March 2022 and has since occupied this position to date.
Mohammed joined the Bank in November 2017, as Microfinance Coordinator. By dint of hard work, he rose through the ranks to become the Credit Manager from Sept. 2019 to Feb. 2022.
Prior to joining the Bank, he worked with Nkoranman Rural Bank PLC as a Microfinance Credit officer from 2014 to 2017.
Mohammed is engulfed with quite an experience in areas such as banking ethics and professionalism, banking operations, microfinance management and credit management in general.
Mohammed is a Chartered Banker, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (CIB-Ghana). He also holds MBA (Finance) from the University of Cape Coast, BA Economics from KNUST and a Certificate in forensics (Associate) from the Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants (Canada).
