Conrad started his banking career in 2015 as a Credit Officer at MGI Microfinance Ltd. He joined Nsutaman Rural Bank Limited in May 2017 as Susu Coordinator.
In April 2019, Conrad was appointed as Risk and Compliance Manager of the Bank, where he rose through the ranks to become the Internal Auditor in March 2022.
Conrad holds Msc Finance from KNUST, Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrated Development Studies (Economics Option) from University for Development Studies and a Chartered Member (Chartered Financial Economist) of the Association of Certified Chartered Economist / Global Academy of Finance and Management (ACCE/GAFM, USA).
