It is an honour to welcome you to the 22nd Annual General Meeting of Nsutaman Rural Bank PLC (NRB) and to present to you, the Annual Report on the performance of the bank for the year ended 31st December 2022 in line with the requirement of the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992).
I address you all today as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of our treasured Bank following the retirement of (my senior) the esteemed Prof. Andrew Oteng Amoako who retired from this position on 31st March 2022.
