Isaac Osei-Owusu is the manager responsible for Credit (Credit Manager).
Having worked in the banking industry for over eighteen years (18) years, Isaac’s wealth of experience spans banking operations, Marketing, Clearing, Credit Analysis, Credit Risk Management, Customer Service, and Relationship Management.
He started his banking career in 2005 as a clearing officer responsible for the northern sector at Zenith Bank Ghana, he was later reassigned as the funds transfer officer for the Kumasi main branch, Adiebeba Kumasi. He joined the then First Atlantic Merchant Bank as a Relationship Manager in the Retail Banking team in Kumasi.
In August 2012, Isaac Joined GN Bank as Head of Credit in charge of the Asante Mampong branch. From GN bank, Isaac moved to the Omnibank Kumasi Adum branch as Client Relationship Manager for the branch.
He further moved to Unicredit (a member of the HODA group) as a Credit Risk Analyst at Kejetia branch PZ Kumasi.
Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Banking and Finance option) and has attended several management courses and conferences including Delinquent Loans, restructuring and Recovery organized by the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and Credit Risk Management training, organized by ARB APEX BANK.
Isaac has also had some training on Agribusiness organized by the National Banking College in Accra. He was also among the few Ghanaians who got the opportunity to attend the 2023 edition of Semaine Africaine de la Microfinance (SAM) conference organized by the Government of Luxemburg 2023 on financial inclusion and sustainability development.
Isaac is a member of the Association of Credit Risk Analysts, Kuamsi Chapter.
